thats what i was thinking froged.. watch out for that fertalizer!!1!.... pot aint even addictive... i would never do anything addictive, but i got nothing against beer and pot. im for legalizing it all.. it seems like all the problems that come from it are because its illegal.

mormans are way too fanatical for my taste. my freind is constantly fighting his parentsw and finally forced himself out of the morman church.. his parents still force him to do crap with no reason than "god says so" and they insist that HE BELIEVES IN GOD, and HE IS A MORMAN while he keeps telling them "i want no part of your religion." and everyone in his church knows everything about everyone... a freind of his that went to his church told his parents my freind had porn on his computer... everyone in the church knew about it and people came to his house and helped put blocks on his computer and eventually took it from him. them bastards ruined my image of mormans forever. too damn forceful.

I have something I'll toss in.

"One of the most fundamental rules of biology: Life comes only from life, which means that inanimate matter cannot generate life. "

Also, In Darwin's book he concluded that Europeans whites evolved faster than the minorities did, therefore justifying racism. So apparently the color of skin matters when evolving.

One last thing, to those who say that they have science on their side, I'd be interested to see the science they have. Science is also on religions side too :)

BTW: Just a little note. I'm not even sure where I stand on this issure. I was raised to fully believe in creation, yet I just don't know. I'm just throwing this in to stir up a little debate.

First off you must be under 18, and that means so is your friend, he shouldn't be looking at porn. Honestly? What are you? A nerd? Your friend too? I'm in P.E.P. (for smart kids) And even I get girls. If your friend is so sad that he has to look up porn because he can't talk to girls your sad. If I can get girls then you should be able to nothing worse then the label P.E.P. kid. But I don't let it stop me from getting girls. And does this "friend" of yours live in Salt Lake City? Because thats where all the hardcore mormons are, here in Indaina, If you do something wrong like that you just get talked to by the Bishop and asked to forsake it and repent.

People follow religions because they believe, not because they want to condemn people to Hell for looking at porn. People like that are called fundamentalists. Everyone seems to think all Christians are fundamentalists because they're the ones you hear about all the time, but they're not. Most couldn't care less what you do in your spare time.

From what I've seen, there are fundamentalists and non-fundamentalists in every religion. It's unreasonable to assume that all Mormons share exactly the same beliefs, and all act on their beliefs in the same ways.

lol baffles, funny word.

I personally don't follow any religion, but if you look at most of the world's religions on a generalized spectrum, they all seem to have the same morals and stand for the same things. Now if you factor in 2000ish years of re-telling stories + translations, it could be possible to draw the conclusion they all speak of the same things.

Now im pretty stupid so idn if that makes sense at all.

I know what you mean. I think it's perfectly logical that all religions could have originated from the same place and just changed over time. It seems kind of unlikely, though....

Not really, look at were all the major religions of the world(talking stuff that started before 600 c.e.) they all came from the same area of the world. Those areas all had their own languages and cultures, yet were all involved someway in trade, politics or war.

Yeah, but there are still huge differences in beliefs, like in different versions of God, different prophets, etc. Though I do think it's possible that we're all really just worshipping the same God, though we may think of Him differently, and then we have other beliefs on the side, like in prophets, the Messiah, etc.

Mormon is a fundamintlist religon. You have to be radical to be allowed into the group...

As for the other comment there was a religon in babylon that had the same basic beliefs as christianity and many other beliefs that is where many of todays religons got there ideas.

Still, within that there would be people whose views are more radical than others'.

I have a question for everyone that doesn't believe in god at all.

Are you going to have a funeral? If you believe that you just die and that's it, there's really no use for one.

Just curios....
