We don't know for certain if people were banned because of 3.0d/e yet. Not very many people have come forward saying they have been banned using JUST easymap. A few people have said they were also using d2loader or d2hackit and other crap thats detectable.

I used v3c every time I played all last week and my account is not banned. I did not use the loader or d2hackit, so I would imagine those are the problem.

you are all just lucky, I only used maphack (easymap) it was all fine until i got 3.0e that same day (like 4 hrs from when I dled it) I was banned/account closed (8)
