I have been having several problems with these people called the Fun Police. These people have no sense of humor or fun. Not once have I seen these people laugh at any kinds of jokes, but just say something like That joke is stupid or retarded.
Now I searched at www.dictionary.com for the description of both Fun and Police. The descriptions below is what I found what they are supposedly are.
A source of enjoyment, amusement, or pleasure.
Enjoyment; amusement: have fun at the beach.
Playful, often noisy, activity.
Then for police it said.
The governmental department charged with the regulation and control of the affairs of a community, now chiefly the department established to maintain order, enforce the law, and prevent and detect crime.
A body of persons making up such a department, trained in methods of law enforcement and crime prevention and detection and authorized to maintain the peace, safety, and order of the community.
A body of persons having similar organization and function: campus police. Also called police force.
(used with a pl. verb) Police officers considered as a group.
Regulation and control of the affairs of a community, especially with respect to maintenance of order, law, health, morals, safety, and other matters affecting the public welfare.

Now I figured I could make a description of Fun Police.
To regulate, control, or keep in order with no fun or laughs as if with a cult of some sort.
Now I can call our two names, they would be like the captains of the fun police. These two are both AxL and Celestialbadger.
Neither one of these two have ever laughed or had anything nice to say about someone/thing.
AxL and Celestial both could be called the Chief's of the Fun Police instead if you wanted to...
Sense of Humor: The quality that makes something/one laughable or amusing; funniness.
Neither one of you have that quality, at least from what I know of.
Then they love to put people down... Put down.
To criticize
To belittle
To humiliate
You guys also love doing those three things as well. First of all you guys need to loosen up over the internet. The internet is just a place to have fun, to have some things to look at, for study. You don't need to be so strict about EVERY LITTLE THING. It's just not needed. You can be mature and have fun at the same time, just like what Forged does.
Some times Forged can be mean(meany...) But yet other times he just comes out and makes people laugh or laugh with someone. He is someone you can actually get along with around here, he isn't a huge critic like you two.
Now I know I am not any different. I can be one immature little bastard, who can ruin fun. But I do it for a reason, to keep spam out of my sections, to keep them clean. But if you guy's want me to loosen up, you guys could have PM'd me asking me to, that simple. Hell, all the members who don't like what I do could have as well...
