The bad ones are the System Lords. You're right about the Toc`ra. The Replicators are mechanical beings that the Asgard are fighting against. The reason I compare the Nanites to Replicators is because the Nanites don't need a host of any sort. They can choose or force a merge with a biological being to make a different unit.
