This Finger of God Is very hard to counter cause it contains very powerfull units that cover each other's drawbacks: sairs take care of those anoying gols, sairs+scouts kill any detector and carriers just sit back and deliver damage.Oh and arbiters make all of them cloaked .
i would like to change my previous answer from wraith to arbiter...
its better because it can cloak any other unit besides another arbiter...and it can recall troops to where they need to be...the crystal field thingy can also help when in tight situations
I like Corsairs because they are an awesome support unit. They can devastate enemy air and they can render ground units unable to attack. They are also relatively cheap recource-wise. And I think they have splash damage.
they do have splash not a lot of it but a little
they are good man the web is sick i'm playing protect the guy and the webs slow down a lot of enemy troops
i still think scouts are best. they are the backbone of the protoss air force. they are the zealot in the skies. scouts are great against other air units in groups of as little as 3 or 4. they also are very fast and are great scouts as their name suggests when they have speed and sight upgrade. i also love to overlord hunt ith scouts
i'd go with 'sairs. they're my primary air units. cheap and effective most specially if they have d-web. great for neutralizing static defenses. :shoot
i believe any terran building lifted off is the best air unit lol, the ability to move a whole base is massive, with some wraith and bc escorts, a new base may be created very quickly depending upon its distance from where the buildings lift.
true but then coirs would attack ur air units and ur base leaving u with nothing also if ur scv got killed and u only have a cc left ur wraiths and bc won't do much since u would have nothing to get minerals with since u are under suppled so u would be in troulbe if that happened
