They are very rare, in the weap87 category. Weap87 is the highest category for weapons. Wonderin wut weap87 is? Go to www.d2data.net and go to the unique section and then the javelin section, its last on the list. If you click on the weap87 link located to the right of the picture and to the left of the stats, it will give you the probability of all the monsters that can drop it and who has the best chance to drop it.
