Tradehacked or What?

I just traded my etheral zoded razor for a vex rune. After I made the trade I had the vex, then in the next game I joined I still had the vex.

Then in the game after that I joined, the vex was gone, vanished into thin air. I hadnt even put it in a trade window or anything since I got it. Wtf happened ?

the vex rune was a dupe and it got hit by the dupe-scanners I guess...some one in the 2nd game must have had the same rune and as you left game it was deleted
