Back in 1.07 or 1.08, the day they made it so the Lance drop bug was fixed (this is classic Diablo mind you, well before LoD), I was walking around Act4 with my lvl 80 maul barb and I clicked a pile of bones

out dropped a rare lance with 190% ED, +170ar and prevent monster heal

back then it basically fell under the definition of godly, and since it was the first day of lances it was definitely one of the godliest items on the realm

i was doing nm baal runs to lvl up merc with my hammerdin, i was bitching about souls killing my merc, killed 1 soul and out poped a LO rune not IO, LO i was like....wtf?!

i just installed pickit and did a meph run, at first sight nothing good dropped, but when i checked my inventory a game later i noticed a unique gilded shield, turned out to be 197% DD

Back in .09 my friend was doing Baal runs and he was trying to get me to do them too but i thought it was useless, but eventually he got me to do it. And after the 3rd run we found a GF.

Well its very interesting to come back and post in the D2 forums again.

Anyway, the most "oddest" drop that I ever had was I think in a hell cow game. I found a LEGIT 40ED/15IAS jewl(Green). The best thing about it was that on the server I was playing on(I think it was West), all of the 40ed/15ias jewls that were duped were white/red, and I got to sale the jewl for an good good lot from the legit guys at DiabloII.net .(.09)

EDIT: I just remembered that I also found a Ethereal Arkaines Valor(.09) too with a bot.(Forgot if it did Meph or Pindle)

Me and my brother got 2 gaze and he got 2 Andy's Head in a row, good times, firstladder season in West.

Not to mention that Shako and Perf Gaze off Meph when 3 of us were mfing together, and almost perf thunderstroke after that run. And.. he sold shako so =/
