How do I do the second line, unregister .dll files? I've had so many different viruses or things like this where "access is denied" because I can't delete .dll files or certain .exe files.Originally posted by Symantec, inc.
Update the definitions.
Unregister the .dll files so that they can be deleted.
Restart the computer in Safe mode or VGA mode.
Delete the installation folder C:\Program Files\Srng.
Run a full system scan and delete any files detected as Sypware.Shopnav.
Delete the value that was added to the registry.
But anyways, can someone tell me how to unregister .dll files?
