Problems with east

when i am going to the east (act 2) it just freezes i triyd singleplayer and multiplayer and when i press enter,esc,space it closes down what do i do????????????

well if it wont workl in singleplayer i think u have done something with your diablo but how do u play singleplayer in east?or do u just meant that your alone in a game well id uninstall it and install it again or ask starfish
