Mmmm. Usually I'll buy about 1/4 to 1/2 pound of the stuff and eat it right there at the deli. I usually end up paying for a plastic bag by the time I make it to the register.

i don't like cheese unless it's with something else, like on a sub, pizza, very rarely on an omelette, or in dip for tortilla chips.
