Noob Editor Question...

Where can I find editors for D2 LOD for the older versions 1.08 and 1.09? Also mods like drop, etc? And while I'm at it maphack as well?

Again, all would be for an older version (08/09) as well SP or TCIP only, no bnet playing at all.
