No one can join my games??

i jus made a new map with used map settings i wanna test it for bugs but no one was joining my game so i wispered my frens (3 of them) and none of them could get in

Seems like a latency problem. Its happened to me before (crappy dsl).

A friend described the problem to me,
This isn't an exact qpoute but it gets th point across\
"OK, basicly your problem is my ocnnection is being poopy and your connection is poopy and to poopy connections make a poopy connection that doens't work...Mmm...Cupcake....."

Yea, then my brother said it had to do wiht a fire wall and/or latency.

YEah, see knowing you have a firewall would help. Open access to port 6077.

i dont think im running a router i hav one computer hooked up to the internet

i closed all the programs in the bottem right except the sound bar and the skedual

but i still cant host games????

Well if you dont have a cord coming from yoru computer to a box then its either latency or you messed with your port settings. Or you have some mcafee\nortan firewall up.

k i hav a cord comming out it goes into a box but im %100 sure that my modem is says send/resieve/message/online with lights above them both

but i did get my comp re-formatted a month ago would that hav nething to do with it??



so wut ur sayin is theres no way i can host?

You see, ive had that same problem, but i also had a router. The key to my salvation in that problem, was opening port 6077 for battle.net

Do you have any antivirus/firewall installed?
IF you do, lower the security to lowest.
