I don't care for the BF logo at the top, to me it seems really plan. Other than that I like it, the changes mentioned can be done to improve on it, but just the logo is my only downside after that.

I agree. I'll probably get a graphic/logo designer to recreate the logo, as the guy I hired is more of a web designer.

Looks professional and very SC. Getting rid of the blue bar is a very good idea, but the skin needs a little more color. Overall it's too dark. And the BF logo is lost in the darkness.

If designs could talk, the blue bar is screaming "in your face!" That's probably why we're all asking to lose it. Obviously the BF logo needs a redesign if you're looking to improve and re-market the image of the forum. Don't like the robots either. Overall it looks good (and better with FFlore's bar), but I'm concerned about looking too similar to other Blizzard/StarCraft based forums and/or websites when it comes to the design that we'll be looking at on our screens each time we come here.

I happen to like the BF icon. The B is slightly abstract, but not to the point where I would consider it unreadable. I don't want it too generic. Let's see if others feel the same.

Yes, the logo up top does seem a bit generic. That will be replaced.
