Max attack speed

yes there is max attack speed. its different for everyclass of weapon

if your on open put -20ias on 9 items(-180ias) and that should get the max AS or Close MAS that is not buggy.

i've got 40 charms in my inventory like the ones twisted discrbed and it is not buggy at all

then u must be overlaping ur -ias....... like haveing many -180ias....who knows but if u have to much or to less -ias it makes u slow as shit
