Maphack account/cd key ban?

Ok, i have started using MH to mf, even though I think cheating is wrong, it's just a waste of time to tele around for 5 minutes when I can be doing runs every 50 seconds.

My question is, does blizzard ban accounts first, or go straight to cd keys?

Like, is it safe to mule my gear onto another account created by the same key or should i go to the net cafe or something to make the new account?

And if i use the new account created by another cd key with my old cd key at home.. does this tie the new account to my old cd key?!

yo all i know is when 1.10 came out i lost my account... when they bann cd keys they dont really ban they key right away they will mute ure key first so u cant talk in chat rooms but u still can in games

my acc was delited and key muted then i stop played for 3 mounts then when i tried my key again after 3 mounts it was totaly banned, (wierd tho only i use that key). btw i was duping

My acct was banned, but my CD key wasnt muted, and it still works fine to this day (note I stopped using MH after that )
