ok.. everytime i join a sc game with 3 or more ppl we all lag soo bad. plus when i create games no one can join. i hav a adsl connection with windows xp.. ( with a router ) i dun hav proxies or firewalls but i think its built in my cable box :/ i really look forward 2 all ur responses and ideas thx!

Try:
Restarting your router
Restarting SC
Restarting your Computer

If that doesnt help, go to your adsl company's home page; they should have a function to test the speed of your packets in/out, and if its slower than normal, they will tell you how to fix.
