Do you have steam(www.steampowered.com)?. It is the new way of playing Counter-Strike that was implemented in the latest 1.6 patch. If you do have it I will try and research your problem.

then i guess you cant play... besides if u have a 56k which u probs do bc steam takes too long, u wouldnt be able to play CS amyways

I play on a 56k everyday on steam. I dled steam with my 56k (first time corrupt) never say a fricken 56ker cant play on steam or dl it. Cuz i have. thats offensive to me, and dont blame my ass for not having cable\dsl. Blame the companies ass cuz they arnt around where I live. :|.

So all in all, i do good in cs (usually ) and im on a 56k and i had to dl steam twice on my 56k. If i had to dl steam twice then i think i should be able to play. Although i do use lan so if someone else does something ill lag like a hoe > But then i just kick that persons ass.
