How to Use Arsenal III?

Hi, well, in arsenal, i do all tha changes (for es: movements rates, etc.) but, when i put "Save As" i can only save as ".dat" file, how can i do to, in my map, use the changes that i didi in arsenal, is there a way to "load" the .dat file in my map?

try to find StarDraft. It loads .dat files and puts them to a map.

First of all, you can not have mod changes to a map. Mods are overall changes to starcraft itself. So if you put .dat files in to a map it won't do anything.
