And don't try as hard as you can, for a few reasons: there's no point to it unless you want enter an IVY League college (Even medical school could give a shit about how you did in high school), and it's also inefficient. If you really want to learn things, study on your own, and get by in high school.
What are you talking about? The medical school thing is irelevant because you have already went through 4 years of college before med school, but med school is highlly competitive, and if you don't go to a good college and get good grades you won't get in. You can't go to a half-way decent college without a good gpa. Most good major universitys only except around the top quarter of a class if even that. I have to have over a 3.5gpa to transfer from the college I am going to now to the college I am considering going to.

Hey it's Forged, havent seen you in a while. = )

I had to keep a heavy 3.3 - 3.4 gpa at that to get into the college I wanted to, very strict yes yes, but right now in your freshman year, you're probably thinking .. Supposingly like school isnt worth it! Once you keep growing up and going up in grade levels, you start caring for it, that's how it went with me.

I hated my first year of highschool, I couldn't take it, but I grew to keep going if I wanted to succeed, not turn out to be a homeless bum.
