How do I use Jemella beta 4.0?

How do I use Jemella beta 4.0? I have tried different things but none have worked and I nned to know what to do to download items and get them to my Character

Are you using this for Open b-net or closed? Cuz it only works on Open, and for single player.

i am using open and have downloaded it already. I have items and stuff downloaded also but don't know how to make them go from being downloaded to going to my character

are they in a zip file if so unzip them or are they just the d2i files if it is that chose load vault/load itm

i need hlp 2 cuz 4 some reason when i download jamella it doesnt have anything 2 open it with. it opens this icon "open with" then it has some progrtams to open it with and none of it works.
