How big are your biceps? I can't remember mine but I think the last time I checked it was 14 or 16". Mine aren't big but they're strong. Not super strong.:lucifer

To find the size of your biceps: Get measuring tape. and just measure it around your upper arm.(where the biceps are)

if you exercise without perfect form, you're wasting your time and damaging your body
