Help Wit Mh Plz Plz (WILL GIVE REWARD)

hey i installed the mouspad's maphack package wit the crack, but now it says the file msvcr71.dll is missing. i downloaded that file from the phez (forgot site name lol) but it still says that. any solutions?
also i think the problem is cuz in the begining it says "if you use D2Loader make sure u rune as: -title "Diablo II". wtf does -title diablo 2 mean? :S

if u answer rite and it fixes the problem i will pay u a SOJ in any realm, ladder, hc or sc
