I cant log on, it says my account is not created or my pw is wrong, wth, same goes for my mail too.

NO! ITS RIGHT ACCOUNT AND ALL. SAme for hotmail too. it says page cannot be displayed.... i think servers down, but its like for 3 weeks now... help?
