Frenzy Barb?

I am planning on making a frenzy barb and was wonderin what skills besides frenzy i need to max; if someone could give me some help with this i would greatly appreciate it and if you could include what my stats should look like that would be of great help as well.

As for gear i have a basic idea of what im gonna use but if someone has a better suggestion ill takeit into consideration.
