The year is 1732 NE. The world was ended some time in the 2300 or 2400s AD. It is unknown which, and an exact year is nearly impossible to pinpoint. The reasons are unknown, but the fact is that nuclear weapons were used on a world-wide scale. The world’s first, and hopefully last, nuclear war lasted for over five hundred years! Contamination and Nuclear Waste literally stung at the air and soaked into the ground, and even the concrete “evacuation” centers became saturated.

That was the Great War. That was almost two-thousand years ago. However, that wasn’t the end of war on Planet Terra. Less than five-hundred years after the end of the Great War, the Sapien Wars occurred. It was a war between the first, true races dividing mankind. These three races have come to be known as the neo-Humans, the Creature-Humans, and the Mutants. That war, fortunately, only lasted for fifty years, but the peace created was a shaky one.




GENERAL RULES​

  • Your character is a basic, Level 1, 0 Exp character. That means keep it simple.
  • Your character will grow stronger.
  • There are times your character might get killed.
  • As the DM, I am god of this RPG. Taslon, however, is not.
  • You gain experiance based on the system outlined below.
  • You gain powers based on level, experiance, quests, and elemental prowess.
  • I assign elemental prowess!
  • Your character may be from any planet I outline.
  • Practical, real life skills will come in handy.
  • You should be unique.
  • We do require healers.

Leveling System

Every action taken gives you experiance. Walking around will eventually strengthen your muscles. Casting a given spell will eventually make it easier. Being hit will make you more resiliant. That is the basis of this leveling system. At the start, every character must have at least one point given to each statistic! You have ten points (additional) to distribute.

NOTE: You should remove the everything contained within the parenthesis but keep the parenthesis for weapon, shoe, accessory, and armor bonuses. You are to ask me before applying bonuses.

NOTE: HP and MP increases by 1/3 starting for every point spent. SP increases by 2 for every point spent. TP, though unique, increases like all other skills.

Stat Bonus said:
With any given level rise, you will earn a random number of points, to spend on skills, based on the roll of the dice. I will take a d10 and roll it to determine how many a particular individual earns at a time. I will roll it twice. The person in question gets to pick which roll s/he keeps.

However, points earned is never set in stone! That d10 might become a d4 if, say, you're cursed when you level up. That d10 might become a d20 if you're blessed. The d10 could be altered by accessories you have, and the actual chance might be affected by certain skills. You might even notice a random skill bonus at any given level rise. As an example, Taslon's ??? automatically forces a d10 to be rolled against a d20. It's final affect forces any result lower than 9 (only valid if both roll below said number) to combine the results. IE: 8 + 8 = 16. However... 3 + 2 = 5.

Selecting Spells

  • You start off with the basic spell list for your chosen class.
  • Mages may select all but their elemental opposite (weakness) at a rate of 3/5 levels.
  • "All" Spells may be selected by non-Mage classes at the rate of 1/level.
  • "All" Spells may be selected by Mage classes at the rate of 1/2 levels.
  • Spells are "single-target only" unless specified otherwise.
  • Mages may "overcast" MP at the cost of HP. BE FOREWARNED! Dropping to or below 0HP due to overcast will result in death!

Resistance versus Weakness

  • Weakness takes double listed damage.
  • Resistance always reverts damage listed to x0.5 (x0.25 for basic magic)
  • Same always reverrts damage listed to x1.0 (x0.3 for basic magic)
  • Neutral leaves damage as listed.

We shall use Flicker as an example.

As you can see, choosing the right element for the right enemy wields the best results. There are no combination elements! In addition! If Flicker is wielded by one of Fire Elemental Prowess, one may increase damage versus Neutral by x0.5 and a Weak by x1.0 -- in otherwords:

PLANETS and RACES

Terra: This is the planet the story takes place on. You live on it, so you know it fairly well. The primary differance is that...well... Okay, after two-thousand years of recovery, everything is pretty much back to normal.
  • neo-Human: The most common race on Terra. The neo-Humans are most often simply refered to as Humans. They look as we do, now. They are fairly well balanced, able to excel in, really, any chosen art.
  • Creature-Human: Often refered to as C-H, the Creature-Human is a humanoid animal. They tend to hold a great deal of power, but fewer hits will take them down.
  • Mutant: This is a "catch-all" bracket for Terrans that cannot be applied to the other groups. They are harder to take down, but lack in any real power. As a whole, not too many are that intelligent.
  • Android: AIs with human-like bodies. The three laws of robotics apply to them. They are extremely weak against electronic attacks, but they are immune to biologicals.
  • Cyborg: Terrans with with robotic attachment. Cyborgs trade high resiliace to biologicals for a lower resiliance to electronic attacks.

Neroxia: This planet is near the edge of the Milky Way Galaxy. As Terra, there are a multitude of countries under a multitude of governments. The primary atmospheric component is also Nitrogen. It exists within the Jex System, a Blue Star System. The primary color and hue is green, and water is pink due to the way light is filtered.
  • Neroxian: Nearly eighty-percent of the population is Neroxian. They have slitted eyes and long, thin noses. Their ears are curved, nearly horn-like, and positioned closer to the front of their faces. Their faces are broad and necks thick. Their average height is 10'3" and weight 890lb, due primarily to muscle mass. They have four arms, each ending in a hand with four, clawed fingers. Culture generally leads Neroxians to wear their hair long and braided.
  • Dre: The Dre were nearly wiped out by the Neroxians before the Zuphrelians (an extinct race) came into "Huioxi" (first contact) with the peoples of Neroxia. They are very small but very strong, but they are lacking in intelligence. They average out at 4'4" and 460lb. Basically, they are built like rocks.

Tanacrabado: A patriarchal planet ruled by a single king, Tancrabado is a planet ruled by Sulfur. The air is orange. They live off a liquid they call Iop (No! No components for you!). Their language is nearly incoprehensible, and they often use "simplified" names so they can speak to Terrans. There is only one race of Tanacrabado. They are a miniscule race, and Oxygen is poison to them. They stand at a mere 0'8" and weigh in at about 1lb. When visiting an Oxygen-rich planet, such as Terra, that have a gravity greater than 0.35G (using Terra as 1G), Tancrabadons must wear specialized robotic-suits. You seen MiB lately? You should have the general gist if you have. To distinguish themselves from Terrans, Tancrabadons wear special badges, magnetically attached to the suits.

Rithr(Qu)o(Indak): As the symbols are impossible to display ( :p ), sylobals in parenthesis are actual pronunciations. The Rithrquoindak people are dictated by a tyranical lead by the same name. He is often called Qu-Indak as Rithro was the planet's name long ago. The Rithrok are almost literally built like steal. The primary element of Rithrquoindak is actually a metal, Nickel. One can just imagine how organics might have come about on this planet o_O The Rithok are scorpian-like in appearance. They have antennae as opposed to hair, and their heads are "top-heavy" trapazoids. The Rithoks' right hand is like a crab's claw while the left is more like the Terran's but three-fingered. They have a long tail, nearly as long as the Rithok are tall. They average in at 10'11" and over two tons.

Rychin and Haplan: Sister planets occupied by a single race, the Trifol. The original inhabitants of both planets literally mated themselves out of existance, and into the current inhabitants. They are short, at only 3'2", and average weight is about 107lb. They are extremely intelligent, and few achieve a great amount of power.

Zantawan: There was once only a single race on this planet, and that race fell under a single government. It was peaceful until approximately three-thousand years ago, when a rift was formed. The Zantan and Zwanan have been fighting for dominance since that rift was formed. A great cataclysm caused continental drift to occur in such a way that only two continents exist now.
  • Zanta: The peaceful and original race of Zantawan. They are a scientific race, not given to violence. When they have to defend themselves, however, they are extremely dangerous. They are intelligent and resourceful. They are currently run by a democracy due to the failure of a form of government that translates to "pancracy" (all share equal power). They average at 6'3" and 130lb.
  • Zwana: The violent and branch race of Zantawan. They are brutal and strong. They rely on their muscles long before imagining the brain as a tool. This has actually caused a shrinkage of their brain and cavity. They average out at 8'7" and 320lb.

Pixlia: The Pixlians resemble fairies, pixies, or whatever else one would call these so-called "fantasy" creatures. They stand at approximately 1'2" and weigh in at 12lb. Most have one or two pairs of wings. For their size, they are astoundingly strong. They rely on intelligence, however. This materarchal society has a single queen. Crime is rare, but it is punished quite strongly. It is uncommon for a crimminal to get away with less than the death penalty.

Vamprime: Ruled by the Dark King Vegance, the Vamprimen people are too afraid to revolt. Though resembling vampires of Terran fantasy, they do not require blood. Admitedly, their water does resemble blood in color, components, and taste. Iron is very important to the Vamprimen diet. They average in at 7'5" and 179lb. Other than having fangs, Vamprimen very much resemble very tall Terrans.

Ewvueg II: A planet that borders the outskirts of the galaxy. Ewveug II is divided into multiple monarchies. The kingdoms are at a time of peace, which leaves all the warriors of the kingdoms time to hone their skills and train apprentices. The people of Ewvueg II are called Laetians, and they are similar to humans, but are physically superior. The Laetians have developed interplanetary travel, but their building structures are that of medevil times and they insist on using melee weapons.

Zuphrelia: The planet may no longer exist, but it still impacts the rest of the Milky Way Galaxy.

    -Physical: Taslon has a balanced body, built but flexible. He wears his hair a bit dishevled, bangs easily covering his eyes if he's not careful. He usually wears a black, shortsleeve, button-up shirt covered by a green "life-saver" vest. He doesn't tuck his shirt into his long, blue jeans, which bell out slightly at the bottom. He wears black "ninja" gloves and simple blue tennis shoes.
    -Mental: Taslon is made uneasy by his "supposed" (as he puts it) destiny. He doesn't exactly enjoy being "Angel-touched" as his friends have come to call him. He is called a Guardian by his mentor, a mysterious business man named Michael Trent. As he's never known his father, Taslon is resistant to taking on "father figures", such as a both Michael and an even more mysterious "Old Man". He is a bit laid back, but he is zealous in his protection of his friends...especially his friend-since-childhood, Marie.

    Born Macritone Taslon Zagrobe, Taslon is a celebrity of sorts. His ancestor, Professor Zagrobe (as many call him now), invented the Zagrobe Particle and a means of distribution to end nuclear war upon Terra. The ZPC (Zagrobe Particle Cannon) is an important facet of history and scientific studies. This has often caused Taslon to 'retreat' in such subjects when the Great War or ZPC are studied. Regardless, Taslon excells in studies.

    His mom has always pushed Taslon to study Bushido. Perhaps thanks to family influence, she also brought him under the wing of a powerful businessman, Michael Trent. Though a mystery to all else, Taslon has come to know Michael quite well. Why? Michael's training Taslon in more...interesting techniques. Other than that, Taslon's just an...'ordinary' college student.

Kyuzo was born on the planet Ewvueg II, when he was just a baby, he was abandoned outside of the Whirlwind Academy, a school of ninjitsu that focuses on fast but graceful attacks and using your opponent's strength against them. The Whirlwind Academy is in a hidden location, known to very few, which is why Kyozo's arrival is such a mystery. However, the teachers at the Academy believed it to be fate that brought Kyuzo to them, and trained him in the way of a ninja.

((DB. You need to add in you Class Magic skill plus one "Other" Magic as well as your Class Special skill. I've added in your equipment bonuses. DO NOT alter them. Believe me, I'll notice ;) I know you won't, but I have to mention it :p ))

((I'd prefer to wait for another entry or so before starting this. I'll also state that I'll do all/most of the calculations until we get further along and people can demonstrate to me that they can use my system properly.))

((Also... DB. Where do you want your character to start? It can be any place currently on Terra (our planet :rolleyes) or any other planet outline (with valid reason of course XD ). You can make-up a new city on Terra. Remember that for the most part, things are the same in the time of this RP as they are in our time. Obvious differances are that the "UN" has been replaced with some form of "World Goverment" that "oversees" each, individual government. Each country is autonomous, but it's nigh impossible that a tyrant take power and keep it. The desire to prevent another nuclear war, and aid from allies like the Tancrabadon, keep certain things in check.))

History:
Little is known about Leo's parents all he knows is that they abandoned him for some reason when he was a baby he was left on the doorstep of Leo Altere. Leo named the young kid after himself and even though he was 65 years old he thought of leo as his son. When the older Leo died Leo had nothing left except the small house his Gaurdian lived in.Which would soon be takin away. One day while Leo was still living after his guardian died in the same house. Police came to find out why no one was answering the phone,door,or paying the bills. ( Leo was 13 and was taught only by Leo Sr.. Leo did not go to sckool because no one knew of his existance ) Leo fled the house before the police knocked down the door. Leo survived until now by hunting with his Rifle/Bow ( depends if rifles are ok ) and selling what he caught on the streets sharpening his skill to barter. All that is known of Leo's Parents is that they might have left him with the amulet he know has Leo Sr. died before telling Leo anything about his past.

* Description: Gerik (or Eagle his friends call him) is a muscular C-H- whom walks on all fours like a wolf. His eyes are gold in color and strikingly resemble a wolf as well. His hair is messy, and sandy brown in color, but seems to accent his strong facial features. He has shackles on his wrists that were shattered from a recent escape from a C-H- hating area on Terra that were using him as their pet. All of his human thoughts are mostly irrational and wild though he can say something intelligent once in a while.

His wolf instincts make him very agile and a quick reaction time and his human instincts (though little) allows him to be able to talk like a human, with effort and be able to operate machinery if neccessary.
* Equipment:
Jumpsuit -- A simple gray, tightfitting jumpsuit shirt and slightly loose pants of the same material. Allows for quick movement without wind hinderence but lacks defence.
Enhancer Shoes -- Enhances movement speed and agility, runs out of energy if overused
Wolf Fang -- A chain with a carved fang dangling off. Has a special power that increases his strength but takes away most of his rational thought and sanity.
Teeth and Claws -- He may look human, but he has wolf fangs for teeth and retractable claws on hands and feet used for maiming and tearing an opponent to shreds, making him valuble on the frontline.
* Abilities:
Wolf Senses -- Allows Gerik to see in the dark, hear faint noises, see further distances than a normal human and have better reflexes and agility. He doesnt have a lot of defence but his tracking abilities and pure speed make him very valuble.
* History: Soaring Eagle was born on Terra, raised on Terra and educated on Terra. Since early childhood, people have treated him as a wild animal and less like an equal. As a child, he was more human than beast and as another year passes, more of his human self slips away, and he becomes more feral and cruel. He didn't have many friends in school but he participated in a lot of teams and won many college games and eventually graduated with an Athelete's degree. He soon joined the military after that and became the heavy-lifter. His combat abilities are more than adequate and his instincts have saved other trainees in the Virtual Reality Training Programs.

He prefers black cargo pants, a black t-shirt, along with a black leather jacket and gloves. All of the zippers are silver. His gloves are custom-made, stretching to his elbows, with sippers at the wrist. Raphael also wears a necklace with a Griffin's head suspended over a sword for a medallion.

Chapter One
Mission One: Learner's Permit
Insignia of Taslon


Taslon finds himself in a fighting stance, surrounded, oddly enough, by various rodentia. Even as he stands there, at a loss as to how he even got to be where ever “here†is, a strange and dark light surrounds these rodents. Their bodies pulse before they rapidly grow to near human height. Though not appearing as a C-H would, they do take on human characteristics. Taslon's eyes go wide. It seems impossible to him, but he prepares himself, nonetheless. The creatures, now aglow in an unearthly glow, extremely dark and evil in nature, begin to snarl and bark at Taslon, even as foam begins to form at their mouths.

“This isn't happening...†Taslon heaves a breath and barely has a chance to regain his bearings before the first creature lunges. His next surprise comes from how quickly his body moves to respond, and how easily the first creature falls. It's sliced, cleanly, in half, causing the rest of the creatures to take a step aback. The power he has seems too much for them, but they don't really have the intelligence to realize what just happened. Instead, they all bark at Taslon as several lunge. Closing his eyes, he is able to concentrate on Charge (-5MP). Once more, he is surprised. Not only did it not feel like it drained him, at all, but the “spell†completes itself before the creatures are even halfway to him.

With that, Taslon draws back to use his favorite Bushido technique, Touch (-1TP). He lunges his blade, which still appears to be his wooden practice katana, forward before slicing away at such a rapid pace he's surprised his eyes can even keep up. As bits and pieces of the rodents fall to the ground, they shrink back down to their normal size. “What in the world is going on?†Taslon looks at the ground. He barely even feels that he did anything.

“Ah. You took care of them.†A strange man steps out of a strange...nothingness before an even stranger landscape fills his entire field of vision. The man stands at around 7'4†and appears to be of average build. He carries himself with a pompous look, almost as if he is looking down on the world. He gets this sense of foreboding from the man standing before him. It's almost too much to bear! Taslon's left leg slides back, a very defensive stance is taken as he moves his blade so the hilt is pointed upwards and point downwards. He has to defend himself! “What's going on...? Who are you?!â€

“Patience, Taslon. Patience. You may call me Crysan.†The man smirks as he holds his right hand out. What appears to be a bladeless hilt appears in midair, and it seems almost see-through...like a phantom. Crysan grasps it, and it instantly becomes solid. As he does so, the same dark, evil aura that had surrounded the rodentia now surrounds him. The aura seems to move and bend to his will, and he seems to be pushing it into the hilt. Then the hilt erupts, and a blade, seemingly of pure energy, appears. “Now defend yourself!†The man rushes Taslon!

For all the speed Taslon felt he had before, he now feels defficient in it! Crysan's speed is beyond imagining, and it's all he can do to defend himself. “Argh!†is the only thing Taslon can say as the weight of the man's strength bears upon him. He knows he has to do something! Remember...something... That's it! “This is...JUST A DREAM!â€

Crysan smiles. “Yes. Next time we meet, however, it will not be. Good, Taslon. Very good.†The energy of his strange sword disappears before it can do any harm. Even in a dream, Taslon's wooden blade is has a burn scar. The, once more bladeless, hilt disappears from Crysan's grasp. Even so, he smirks as he watches it appear at Taslon's side. Almost instantly thereafter, Taslon feels as if he's back to normal, but something has changed... “Remember, boy. This is but a test. When you are stronger, I will be back, as your enemy once more.†Crysan laughs. “I won't be as gentle next time!â€

Taslon awakes, a damp sweat covering his body, as he throws his bedsheets off. They catch enough air to fall, with a very light thud, upon the carpeted floor. He looks around, as if in disbelief, as he is now back within his room. He lets out a relieved sigh. He closes his eyes as he tries to recall the face of the man in his dream. “Crysan...†That's a name Taslon cannot allow himself to forget... He opens his eyes as he tries to remember the dream. However, he does feel different...

The smell of Death was in the air. Again. It was always there. It was like it followed me.

The towering man stood at least a head taller than the rest of the crowd. At least, it seemed so. Sunglasses covered his eyes, even in the night. In the darkness that he walked in, every moment of his waking life.

And Sorrow. Sorrow was always there. Every face reminds me of her. Everything was something she once loved.

Dressed in black to match the night, pale and mechanical. He walked down the streets, devoid of feeling, nonchalant. He walked, on and on, even as the crowd thinned out, as the streets emptied, as the noise dimmed and faded, as the lights went out. He walked, on and on.

Let the Devil take me. I've nothing left but my sword. Let whatever God out there strike me down for not protecting her.

And, still going, he walked into the arms of a demon. His demon. Red-eyed and raving, insane and violent, bloodthirsty with a knack for pain. All rolled up into one innocent little package. A little girl in a dark pink blouse, with a blood-red scruchy holding her hair out of her face. A little girl with a talent for killing.

Not again. Not her, not again!

"Hello."

She was so innocent, no one would have thought that the Devil hid behind her smile. So cute no one thought that God's wrath was balled up into her. If an Angel's Damnation came in mortal form, it was her.

"So we meet again?"

What do you want?

"I want what you want. I want you to die."

How can you read my thoughts? How do you know what I want? Why do you want to give me what I want?"

"I can read you thoughts because I can read your face. I know what you want because it is what I want. I'll give you what you want because I can."

Her hand behind her back, she tilted her head and gave him the sweetest smile. A smile that could melt hearts. A smile that would have frozen his blood if his blood wasn't already frozen. Her hand came out from behind her back and she held a pistol in his face. It would have been comical, a little girl holding a gun almost as big as her arm, aiming at a man easily three times her height.

"Good-bye, Raphael."

It happened in slow-motion. Eight pounds of pressure being applied in a swift second, as he watched in exaggerated slow speed. A second in ten, ten in a minute. He could see the blood rushing from under her finger as the pressure increased. 6 pounds... 7... 8. In that exact nanosecond, he whipped around, dodging the metal slug. A sword came out from almost nowhere, blazing fast. Whipping around, his arm shooting out, seemingly exaggerated and stretched out a mile. It came back like a whip, slicing into the little Devil-girl like lightning if lightning carried an edge. But she wasn't there. There was only a red mist.

BOOM.

The report of the pistol reached his ears. Movement that broke the speed of sound. Raphael high-kicked out to the side, away from his sword. All he caught was the breeze.

BOOM.

Excruciating pain in his leg. Left leg. Damaged. Bleeding. Blood didn't matter, did it? He looked down. There was a gaping hole in his thigh. Spinning, Raphael pivoted on his right leg, threw his blade out.

BOOM.

And collapsed. His right knee was blown out. Spinning on his back, Raphael reached out with skin-covered, metal arms. All he caught was the wind.

Click.

"Good-bye, Raphael."

Good-bye, little Hate. Someday I'll see you when I'm awake.

BOOM.

And then he awoke. On the ground. Bleeding. Thigh and knee. Cut on the head. But he was alive. His programming told him he was. He was laying there, in the middle of the street, early dawn. Bleeding. But how?

BOOM.

Construction machinery. That's why the street was empty. He looked around. Debris all over the ground. Some rocks had blood on them.

A dream...

He rose, dusted himself off. He'd get a leatherworker to mend his pants later. He walked off into the sunrise, but stopped abruptly.

But mechanical minds don't dream.

Blood. He smelled Blood. The dillectable smell of someone's freshly cut flesh. The crimson liquid oozing out of the wound. He loved blood. "Eat, brother." Rising Falcon said to him, his wolf body already coated in blood. His jowels already had their fill of human flesh. Soaring Eagle complied and started to eat. He hadn't eaten in a while. Not eaten the way he was supposed to; the way a Wolf Brother was supposed to. His golden eyes reflected the moonlight modestly. He felt so alive when he was free to roam, away from the two-legs. "Someone comes. We must depart, brother." Falcon said and he faded into the moonlight.

Eagle looked up from his meal and saw a two-legs staring down at him with a shocked look on her face. She screamed and ran off to get help. Eagle raised a hand to stop her but the two-legs was already gone. He looked at his own hand, and realized he was like them again, only that his mind was free but the confines of a Two-legs' body stopped him from acheiving running with the wind.

Two-legs holding clubs ran up to him and instantly began to attack him. Eagle snarled and growled then lunged at one, his claws slashing the two-legs in the face untill it was a bloody mess. He lifted his angry gold eyes up and attacked the next one, but this one sidestepped and slammed his club down into Eagle's back. He fell down and groaned.

"Again, lad? Will you na' do tha' ter people?" Said a familiar two-leg voice. It was his captor, the one called Tristan McNeil. He was a stocky two-legs, with a scarred face and scarred hands. Most of them from trying to control Eagle. "Yer friends are all waitin' for ye." He continued. Eagle knew he was lying, trying to appear the gentle father-figure. Deep down, this man was impure and cruel. He beat Eagle constantly and then locked him away from the others in his unit like a beast.

"Come along, lad. Let's go home." Tristan said and slapped a leesh on Eagle's collar. They walked back to the military HQ, a massive building where the other two-legs worked. Two-legs with metal inplants, Two-legs with metal brains, other Free Brothers which the two-legs called "C-H-" and regular Two-legs all inhabited this building.

Again, Eagle was sent into his cell with plasma bars which burnt his skin if he touched it. He howled sadly and lay down to sleep.

Dreams of Fire


As Raphael walks away from where his strange nightmare occured, various rodentia begin to follow him. They are small, currently, nothing that anybody would notice as a threat. They aren't rabid or ominous, but they follow him for some reason. Then a howl issues from the darkness, and Raphael would find himself walking towards a dead-end.

Chapter One
Mission One: Learner's Permit
Unforgiving Wind


As Tristan is walking away from Eagle's cage, an ominous aura simply appears out of nowhere. As it does, rats and rabits ( o_O; I'm being specific?!) fill Eagle's cage. "Wha' the..." Tristan isn't able to complete his sentance as a *swoosh* fills the air and fells the unsuspecting man. The vermin within Eagle's cage begin to swarm him as the unidentified figure that took down Tristan, or so it seems, remains hidden, completely, from view.

((WEEE Commencing Unforgiving Wind, now [Tribute to Naked Snake]))

Eagle stared at the vermin on the ground. He could hear their unintelligent whispers, beckoning to him. He saw his captor's corpse on the ground and he let out a triumphant roar. He then stopped and smelled the air, he sensed something unnatural was in the room. A cloaked figure with a nasty looking plasma scythe stood over the fresh corpse, out of sight. Had he been a normal two-legs, Eagle wouldn't have seen him. His wolf senses pinpointed the figure and he assumed a defencive (sp?), warning stance like a wolf appraising it's next prey.

"And so, the wind's child is freed from his cage. You can see me, yes? I know you can, creature. I am here to end your suffering, and killing your owner was the first step. I will kill you next." The figure said in a flat, bored tone. He assumed his own stance and Eagle plodded out of his cage, gaze unblinking. He stared at the cloaked man with the scythe and growled threateningly.

"Bad...Wind. You...Die." Eagle said with as good Two-legs language as he could. His claws came out of his hands and he bared his fangs and snarled. The two-legs just laughed boredly and then disappeared like the wind and swooped down on Eagle. Eagle lunged at him and sent a clawed hand at the figure with his powerful arms. The two-legs was caught square in the chest by the swing and was sent backwards. He hit a wall and then stood up after a few seconds rest.

"Impressive, creature. You still have much to learn, however." The figure said as he suddenly appeared behind Eagle and slammed the scythe pommel into Eagle's spine, nearly paralyzing him. Eagle staggered back to his feet and then charged. He invoked his Wolf Fang chain and then his eyes flared angrily. He cast Charge on himself (-5MP) and then his muscles bulged more. He then extended his claws and swept them into a vicious uppercut, sending the figure sprawling through the air and landing hard on the cold ground. He groaned and staggered to his feet.

With the effects of his Wolf Fang wearing off, he prepared his finishing blow. He started to spin wildly like a drill (cast Wolf Fang Spin, -2TP, TP Depleted) and sent himself flying at the two-legs. The drill ripped clean through the two-legs' chest, cutting him in two. Eagle howled with triumph and began to feed on the corpse, regaining what strength he lost.

((For the time-being, one skill/attack per post unless your speed is lightyears above (at least double) the target.))

((Repost, but this time as a response to the vermin and, at most, knowledge of the dark presence. When you fight him (as I told Final), YOU WILL LOSE. That is not the pass/fail condition of this mission, though ;) as you can tell from my character's mission. Just play along and you'll see how this turns out ;) ))

He tilted his head questioningly at the figure.

Edit: That was one of the longest battle posts I've ever done in my life too...
