Diablo 2 "Speed" Settings

Could anyone tell me the correct and best speed settings to help on open b.net?

I have been try to find it this morning but i keep hitting warp speed

Warp Speed: Fast speeds only on my computer not on oppenets screen

on ur char or just bnet, cause i doubt bnet has a speed setting, and to edit ur guys speed, use 9 -20 r/w and 1 -1 r/w
