Actualy, It would be comsidered a draw. notice he never agreed to the time and place. Obviously he hasn't posted to set up a reasonable time and date.

I could say, you have to reply before ten minutes from now or i automaticaly win. That is cheap. if someone hasn't agreed, you can't say you are better. He said in his posts he would like to take you down, but he seems to have left way before you responded. that doesn't make him a chicken.
