okay, i know that it was somewhat important but...really....weve done worse....sending in troops to attack an indian village and slaughter all the woman and children when the braves were out on hunts, to me, thats worse than 9/11, since it was targeting WOMAN and KIDS. so ya....what do u think about it and why is it un/impotant

Well, 9/11 was sad, granted...but people need to move on. Quit living in the past, and focus on the future. As I said before, I wasn't affected by 9/11. It was sad, sure...but by the end of the day, it was old news.

heh, in terms of numbers, 9/11 wasnt much, it was just used by the terrorists as a demoralizer. I mean, if they wanted to do ****in damage to our population, they would say, sneak in a couple dirty nukes and blow up at major cities. The only reason people aRE so shocked and horrified is because Dubya decided to use it as an excuse to go screw the Middle East, people whine and cry a lot about it, but it was HARDLY the most devastating attack on us in our history

bill clinton was an asshole and put us in the hole we are in today. he had several chances to stop laden but he didnt. if you dont know what im talking about dont listen, but laden had several threats that he and his ppl were going to do something to us....yet bill stood aside with his mistress. bastardsword....youre talking about colonial times? for starters, that wasnt even america, those were british colonists. Second of all, it was an ongoing thing between them and the indians....the indians did much more brutal things to the colonists....eating their hearts, scalping and hanging their scalps off their belts, with child scalps being valued above those of a full-grown male? Times were different back then, brutality was common.

Today we live in a civilized world, and are governed by codes of humanity and morals.

Hosef....if the terrorists had nukes, tehy wouldnt hesitate to use them.....remote factions hidden throughout the world fear no retaliation....therefore they will stop at nothing.(but a country like n korea will not nuke us, because they would get their asses kicked).

if Bush had not invaded the middle east, there would be a similar attack every couple years...they wouldnt stop doing it just because tehy succeeded once.

Bush was trying to get the UN support because as a member of the UN, the US is supposed to preform the majority of their large global policies with UN concent(especially something as large as a war). He could not get that support, and therefore became the greater man by taking the blame upon himself and doing the necessary thing.

do you realize how long weve acutally been hunting for bin laden? Or the fact that WE STILL ARE. Just because teh media has more "exciting" and "new" things to talk about doesnt mean the old efforts dont continue....there are still thousands of thousands of troops scouring the middle east for bin laden, you just dont hear about it because its been going on for 2 years.
