CB does work with smite

From what I know cb isnt reduced on bosses.

idk from my experience cb doesnt do anything to bosses but just a guess and i never play pallies so i wouldnt know about smite and cb

@djnat: how much is Death's Web worth? Myne is +2 all skill, 1 to P&B, 10% life stolen after kill, 11% mana stolen after kill, -49 to enemy psn resist......can you give me a ballpark figure of what this is worth?

Death's web is the FINAL weapon of the Poison Necro.

Your Death's web is not perfect, it has only +1 (and not +2 ) to p&b skills... but it's almost perfect in terms of -resist (yours is -49%, max is -50%... )

It is a very rare item, so its value is very high.

Deadly strike doesn't work with smite.
