Realm down for 3 weeks

nope none so thats y i dont understand y it still says realm down. Now it has been about a month.

nope if they diable it it says your cd-key has been diabled but it doesnt say realm down. ok now i am not muted but i still have realm down

Well where did u get the cd-key from? Because if u got it from someone, its most likely that they gave u a cd-keyfor a different game series and blizzard will accept it BUT it cannot connect
