Man I love hypocrites. He quit raiding 6 months ago, and still thinks he's "hardcore", yet bashes everyone else because they are casuals, just like him?

With raid buffs I'm also at 200mana/5 while casting, on top of ~38% crit, and the +300 mana on random spellcast meta.

Just /flexing a bit.
