Smoking is not a wise choice, especially during pregnancy, but I have to tell you that a number of my friends and colleagues were smoking during their pregnancies and their kids came out ok - apart from crying a lot, especially during breast-feeding. Babies hate cigarettes and in some (rare) cases they can be in danger because of them.

I laugh at this mainly because you don't see many people smoking during pregnancies anymore. One of my bestfriends Joey wont smoke around his 7 week child at all, nor will Tracy(the baby mama). I don't understand why the younger population can actually have the intelligiance to not smoke around their kids but the older ones who are more 'wise' doesn't...
