Zipped files are corrupted?

Every time i try to download form mewgood.com or anywhere for that matter the zipped files are empty or corrupt why?

save the zip dont open

I've actually had this problem a couple of times. This is how I fixed it the first time I restarted the internet. the second time I restarted my computer
