No, all posts aren't going to be deleted. Unless the person updating screws up and has to do everything all over.

The url was a joke... thats why it doesn't work. vB3 is like the new upgrade that vBulletin has for it's boards. I like it alot, but some say it has a few bugs. Nothing they can't fix though.

Edit: You don't have to download anything, that is the owner or site programmer's job.
