What is a good mmorpg similar to diablo?

I have been looking for an online multiplayer game similar to Diablo. Don't tell me just any old mmorpg, I want one very similar to Diablo as possible. That game just owns!

Mmm...World of Warcraft is probably the closest.

It might not technically be a MMORPG, but you could give Titian Quest a try, it's pretty similar to D2 and has a somewhat active multiplayer community. On top of that it's only $20 on steam for the gold edition.
