WC3 is a mod for AMX for CS, which is a mod for HL.

It has 5 different races (yes there's a new one), and each race has unique abilities. You gain new levels to gain new skill points. Each kill you get counts toward your experience. Rescuing hostages and planting/defusing bomb also add points.
