ROfl quit bitching about it it's .5 over the limit oh no! (There's where all our bandwidth went) Don't give me the bullshit well if every one on the fourms went over one .5kb just keep from announcing it outside of staff and I'm sure nobody will go "well vicious is allow .5 over the limit". Don't we have better things to do?

I want to know why would some one even take it into consideration for warning such a small "criminal" vialation.

because some1 once warned me to change my sigitar for a small violation 
. thats when chibi came and made that prezzy sigitar for me.
In my case it was exceeding only with few pixels in height.
