They'll all need new versions. As of now, I don't know anybody who would continue such projects. There are already new trainers out there for 1.10. Please check out the stickies in the Bots and Editors forum.

Yes, i woul like a jamella eidtor for single player for 1.10. I just wanna have maxxed bugged items or elite runewords and fine myself a tyrael armor.

It's not going to happen. The author of Jamella abandoned the project a long, long time ago.
