it is a breakdown of the ladder rules.
and if you dont want to read the whole thing, ill make the point. if u didn't know lv 11 to at least 50 will lose XP points,(which can result in a loss of a lv)so they have to stay active playing at least 4 games a week. i am sure these are the right statistics. goes to show you what reading the rules can do for you. i dont have to worry cause im lv 5. i would have gone higher but i cant make this commitment during school.

I mean, who doesn't play at least 1 game of wc3 a week?

Yeah, I usually play at least that many a night... and I'm a level 8. Big deal, and I don't think that there is some sort of upkeep, a friend of mine is a level 12 and has never made mention of it. He doesn't play that much now that school has started back up.
