Summoner Druid

I know they arent the best type of druid, but a few days ago i saw one that actually works. He had quite a few GC's and his bear & wolves were cleaning up, lol. Anyways im curious as to how you would go about building one. I have an idea after talking to him, but i really g2g so ill post it later.

You have to focus your attention to the Summoning tree.

20 Raven
20 Summon Spirit Wolf
20 Summon Dire Wolf
20 Summon Grizzly
20 Heart of Wolverine
1 Oak sage
1 Poison Creeper
1 Carrion Vine

The equipment must be the one of a caster to increase your +skills. So str and dex to wear gear, energy base, and all the rest to life (about 1.2k life at hell are enough 4 a pure summoner).

You have to hire a "might" merc (equip him with the unique Thresher to deal with physical immune monsters).

@ sklvl 40+, your minions (with your HoW and your merc) will be just fine.

note that you need to be lvl 97 or so for all those skills to be bought, give or take skill quests.

Are you sure raven is a synergy?

No, Raven is not a Synergy. But they are useful to distract, because of their "blind target" ability. And at higher level, they can make decent damage.

That skill outlay is ready at sklvl 92 (103 total skill points).
