Starcraft Sound Extractor

I need a program that can extract all of Starcraft's sounds plz. (and i know this program exists, I formated my computer and forgot it's link ) Thanks!

Scroll down to 'Sound Programs'. There you will find the sound utility for SC and BW.

Try at

Choose "Downloads" tab from the left.

Then choose "Utilities".

It's about half way down, 2 download links each.
