I was just wondering how many runs many of you have during a 6-7 hour span.

I had around 495. Is that not a good number? I only got 3 rare rings and 3 small charms.

I have around 500% MF to.

Sounds like me. About that many in that long and all I've gotten lately is rings and charms.

JED has gotten me 2 WF's in the last week so I'm not complaining. But jeez...two days of fulling pindle'ing with out one single decent item.

What I actually did was delete my old JED program and reinstalled it. I was afraid it was not pick stuff up all the time.

One time I watched it do a few runs, a small charm drop (and I told in the pickit.ini file to pick up small charms) but it did not pick it up.

Thats why I am afraid its not picking up good items everytime.

so I uninstalled it and reinstalled it with a brand new pickit.ini file(complete file)

Would you know why this would happen?

Too small of a radius? Pickup refresh time too slow? Those are two things I could think of....

[config]
PickitRadius=48
Refresh=1

That's what's at the beginning of my pickit.ini and as far as I know I've never missed a thing. Unless my inventory was full of course.

Radius is a function of the pickit.ini that some don't have. Just add it yourself and it works fine. 24 is the default and higher will lag you. But 48 gets the whole 'pindle hall' pretty much.

Refresh is the same thing. Not in script add it yourself. Default is 10, I changed mine to 1 so it picks up uber fast. If you have any probs with lower numbers just hike it up a bit again. Don't put it over 10...that's just dumb. Unless you have a really crappy computer or something.

ok, thanks for the help.

my next question is where do I add Radius=48.

pindlebot script or pickit.ini? and where in one of these files. I don't want to add it to the wrong place and it won't work.

Thanks for the help again

Add in pickit.ini up at the top somewhere....make sure anywhere above it (doesn't matter how many lines) you have [config] added also. Else it does nothing.

[config]
PickitRadius=48

Just like that....don't just put Radius...doesn't do anything.

If you already have a [config] line then just add it somewhere under that...I dunno what happens if you have more than one [config] in the ini....I would think nothing.

I knew it. This is what dropped for me today and I only picked up 3 rare rings, two rare ammys, and 3 small charms with space still available in my inv.

Do you think its because I didn't have a pickitRadius or refresh?

I just added them now so hopefully I will have better luck.

Could have been missed for a couple reasons:

1. You don't stay in the game long enough after pindle dies to pick everything up.

2. Your pickitradius (now I'm starting to think maybe it's PickupRadius instead) (I'm at work so I can't check) is set too low and the zombies are smashing you too far away from the items.

3. You refresh is set too high and you pick stuff up too slow. #1 way people do 27 second runs is because they only stay in for 2 or 3 seconds to pick up stuff and have refresh=1 so they get stuff real damn fast.

I would mess with your pickit a little and try some stuff...give it a larger radius and watch it for a while to see if it lags you too much or anything. If you change/add the refresh line in your pickit you should notice a huge increase in the speed at which you pick up items.

I'll check if it's PickitRadius or PickupRadius when I get off work in 2 hours. :( Can't wait....I hope my bot got something good!! Best thing in 2 days is the thundergod's war belt.

I've gotten 2 WF's and my wife has gotten 2 Tal's Armor...hehe. We both love bots.

Nah...been together for about 6 years now, high school sweethearts. Just got married 2 months ago. She loves video games. Funniest thing is she's a pretty, short, blond girl, small waist big boobs. The kind you would never envision playing video games. She loves Unreal Tournament, War Craft 3 and Diablo 2 the most. Believe me it's a fun fun marraige. We get home from work about the same time, check on our bots, make dinner, eat, check out bots again...then play games all night, video or other. ;) Whichever she's in the mood for...she calls the shots and I let her...to an extent.
