Remove LordNevar from his position

It just looks bad to have someone in a position that's suppose to help the forum when he's completely inactive post wise and represents (in multiple examples) the childish and ignorant side of our staff. He has no purpose and is hardly an addition to our staff. Not to mention we have plenty to look over the few members we have. Remove LordNevar.
