Remember Dreamfall and The Longest Journey?

There was supposed to be a continuation of the story, but I haven't heard anything since the last game came out. I think it was 2006 or something. I LOVED those games. I wonder why nothing new ever came out. I thought it was a pretty successful game. I can't seem to find anymore information about it. Funcom still has the game site up, but no news or updates. Hope I'll be seeing it again in the next couple of years.

I have Dreamfall for Xbox. I haven't heard a peep about any sequels. It's the same with Shenmue for Dreamcast and Xbox. There was supposed to be a 3rd part with an ending to wrap up the loose ends and cliffhangers and all they gave Shenmue fans was a glimpse of Ryu Hazuki in Sega All Stars Racing.

If you're going to end games on a cliffhanger, you should at least do a webisode or manga to wrap things up. It's like sci fi shows that get canceled and fans get no ending.

Dreamfall for Xbox was a cool game though. It was on PC too, right?
