Rate The Personality/Avatar/Sig/Custom Title Thread

:waveyThis Thread Is Intended For Rating Peoples Avatar, Sig, Personality, And Custom Title, So I Say

"Please Do Not Spam This Thread"

Just Some Rules
1. Replying to person's comment without rating the person above is considered spamming since the person above never got rated.
2. If two or more people rate the same person at the same time, the person who posts next will have to rate the person above them and the person who never got rated.
3. People who spam will not be rated, the next person who posts will rate the person above the spammer.

Plz follow these rules so this thread can survive as long as the last one, rule number 2 will not be used always, but it should if the posts are exactly at the same time, or 1-2 minutes apart.

EX:

Avatar - 5/10
Comment - cool but can use more color

Sig - 7/10
Comment - Same As Above

Personality - 9/10
Comment - Cool guy but has attitude

or somewhere along those lines but your get the point and you dont have top rate custom titles if you dont want to but if you do its the same way
