Possible problem with JED

Whenever I run JED, This is what happens:

1. D2 loads in window
2. Logs in
3. Selects Char
4. Tries to create a game but just clicks on create game a couple of times and exits D2 ( this only happens the first time eg. I enter a game for it and it runs thru a pindle run and disconnects and creates a new game and it works fine but doesnt work the first time I start JED or if there is an error and D2 needs to reload)

Is this a problem?

and another thing is that sometimes my weapon switches on me for no reason (it switches for find item warcry and then switches back) but sometimes it gets switched and then tries to attack with the warcry weaps and the whole process gets screwed...

Is this also not normal?

ur waittime for new game to create is too low .. .up it a bit.. USUALLY when you first load up D2 it is still loading bunch of stuff and it laggs a bit so thats why it don't create game in time so JEDi exits and reloads.. its happened to me a few times. but ya.. nothing BIG to worry bout.
