I don't know if there is a thread allready about this, but here's another one anyways.

I'm posting this for Mac, since he doesn't want to waste his 1000th on ya'll The Penguin we have here is not the same Penguin on BF. According to Mac, he's a plagerer of accounts, and like to have fun by disrupting the peace, or something like that. According to Mac, you should ban him ASAP.

InspectorNum9: It's a guy who posts on blizz as Blue, but he's changed his name +5 times before. He plagiarizes other peoples images like CRAZY, and was using my avatar for several weeks, and he's a regular asshole. IMO opinion he should be banned. Post that in staff if you want.

I talked to EnforcerMan from Blizzforums, who gave me an IP list of P3ngu1n there.

Completely different IPs.

Pengu!n (from here) has at least 2 accounts that we know of. I have an extended list from what Enforcerman shared as well, which should help.

I personally don't think having multiple accounts is a bannable offense. I believe sitting back and seeing what he does would be the best course of action. If he breaks any laws (plagarism, etc), or major rules, than it'd be the right time.

As for now, it's like going from France to Canada, your criminal record doesn't follow you.

I'm guessing he's in it for the power. The whole "make me a mod" thread. I think it would be sort of interesting to make him a mod and see what he does. But that's not a good idea at all.

I also asked the real P3ngu!n if he had an account at Battleforums and he said no. So they are two different people. Oh and I don't think we should ban him. Just sig ban him since has been using others people signatures.
