Blizzard can't close down any websites. They are powerless. They just make threats, but the fact is, they can't do much about people who provide hacks, legally speaking. That would be like someone who sells knifes... are they help responsible if the person who buys the knife uses it to kill someone? I know that's being *really* but is blizzard wants to play the game, then others can too.
