I was actually introduced to Modest Mouse through the new album, so the older ones seem like a deviation. Kind of interesting to think of it from that point of view. I still like the old albums though.

Same here-- I started listening to my sister listening to it a few summers ago, so I didn't really know what the old songs sounded like. Then I met some people, got into some stuff, went to a party, dodged some eggs. I still don't know much of their music, though.

Az got me into Inuyasha, then got me into this damn ending theme. Damn you Az. But I do love this track a lot, it's J-Pop I think. But it's really cool.

I think I downloaded all of the music I could find that dealt with Cowboy Bebop, but I never found that lookin'-for-stuff song. At least I got Jupiter Jazz... which kind of sucks, because I'm thinking about that poor hermaphrodite who gets killed.

I don't know who sings it, but it has some Zelda-sounding music in there... and the singer sounds like an Asian girl. "This is no way for my day to end up... in a car with Mrs. Lane. Out of my pocket comes the means of my escape to a better place that's near."
